Redmi Note 15 Special Edition goes official with ₹20K starting price

The Redmi Note 15 Special Edition has finally arrived in the Indian market.

The phone is based on the original Redmi Note 15, which debuted in China back in January. However, there are some differences between the two, specifically in the camera and battery departments. While it now has a larger 5800mAh battery (vs. the 5520mAh battery in the standard Note 15), it comes with a downgraded 50MP main camera (vs. 108MP primary camera).

Of course, as a Special Edition phone, it comes with a design overhaul, with the new variant offering three colors: Frosted White, Carbon Black, and the distinctive Crimson Reserve.

The phone is available in 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB, priced at ₹19,999, ₹21,999, and ₹23,999, respectively. Sales will start on April 7.
