Internal Android 12 tests for Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and POCO M2 Pro have started.
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and POCO M2 Pro, released in 2020, are among the mid-range phones. Both devices use the Snapdragon 720G platform and started with Android 10. Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and POCO M2 Pro have not received an Android 11 based internal MIUI 13 update. There is a chance that Android 11 based update will be skipped and the Android 12 update will be released directly. Both devices are expected to receive a Android 12 based stable MIUI 13 update until mid-2022 at the latest.
