Redmi Turbo 4 Pro lacks wireless charging but offers extra-large 7500mAh battery

The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is reportedly missing support for wireless charging, but here’s the good part: it has an enormous 7500mAh battery.

Xiaomi introduced the vanilla Redmi Turbo 4 earlier this month in China, and rumors claim that a Pro variant is now being prepared. Earlier reports revealed that the phone will be powered by a battery rated at around 7000mAh. Now, thanks to tipster Digital Chat Station, we finally get a more specific idea of how big this battery is.

According to the account’s recent post, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will actually offer a gigantic 7500mAh battery inside. This is impressive and way bigger than the Turbo 4’s 6550mAh battery. Yet, as per the leaker, the Turbo 4 Pro still doesn’t have wireless charging support.

The leaker also revealed that Xiaomi is preparing a much bigger battery than the 7500mAh battery in the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. The account did not specify how big the battery is but suggested a possibility that it could reach 8000mAh.

Aside from a huge battery, earlier leaks revealed that the Turbo 4 Pro will be armed with a flat 1.5 K display, which is the same resolution as the current Turbo 4 phone. It is also said to come with a glass body and a metal frame. Inside, it will allegedly house the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite chip.
