The Tecno Pova 8 Pro is finally here, packing a handful of interesting features.
The brand designed the phone as a game-focused model. To this end, in addition to its MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate chip and up to 12GB RAM, it comes with a P1 Graphic Chip to deliver 90FPS RPG gameplay and 144FPS FPS/MOBA gameplay.
The device also offers a 6.78″ 2644x1208px 144Hz AMOLED with 4500nits peak brightness, a 6500mAh battery, all-scenario bypass charging, a 5000mm2 VC cooling system, 4D Game Vibration, Dolby Atmos tuning, and Hi-Res Audio, all of which are meant to enhance the gaming experience.
The Pova 8 series model also comes with a dot-matrix-like feature called the Alive Matrix Display. It provides visual notifications to users, including time and more. It is also customizable and offers up to 50 scenarios.
Other highlights of the handheld include an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 50MP LYTIA 700C OIS main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 13MP selfie camera, Android 16-based HiOS 16, 45W wired charging, 10W reverse wired charging, and IP66/68/69/69K ratings.
The phone comes in Arc White, Graphite Black, and Tundra Green. There’s also the Pova 8 Pro 5G Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition, featuring the Tonino Lamborghini Black design, but it has the same specs as the standard colors.

The Tecno Pova 8 Pro is available in 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB configurations, but the brand has yet to reveal the pricing.
