Vivo announced that the Vivo X300 Pro is armed with a Sony LYT-828 main camera, which can offer a gimbal-level image stabilization.
The X300 series will debut on October 13 in China. The main attraction of the series is the Pro model, which is being painted as a powerful camera smartphone. Now, the company has affirmed earlier reports that the phone has the new Sony LYT-828 lens.
According to the company, the 1/1.28″ lens will offer a gimbal-grade stabilization (CIPA 5.5) for the main camera. The component features a Hybrid Frame-HDR, Loss-Less Exposure tech, and a 100dB+ ultra-high dynamic range. The camera is also capable of delivering excellent low-light photos due to its Ultra-High Conversion Gain (UHCG) Circuit Technology. Aside from the superior dynamic range and maximized highlight and shadow retention, it also comes with an Always-On HDR feature, assuring continuous HDR preview and capture without overheating the phone. Other details expected from the 22nm lens include a Zeiss T* coating and 4K@120fps video support.
