Vivo has given fans a peek at the design of the upcoming Vivo S2. Meanwhile, more details about the phone have emerged, alongside some live images.

The Vivo model will replace the original Vivo S1, which launched in India back in 2019. While the company has yet to confirm its debut date, most of its details have already leaked online.
Following the leaked marketing poster of the device, the company has now confirmed earlier reports that it indeed features a horizontal pill-shaped camera island. The module features two lens cutouts on the left, with a ring light on the right.
A leaked clip and some photos have further affirmed earlier leaks about the phone’s design, showcasing it in three colorways: Sapphire Blue, Regal Bronze, and Silk White.
Meanwhile, a new leak has added more information about the Vivo S2. As per the tip, the phone will arrive with a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chip, a 6.59″ curved 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED, a dual rear camera system (50MP main camera + 50MP ultrawide), a 32MP selfie camera, and a 7000mAh battery.
According to earlier reports, the Vivo S2 will be unveiled in India on August 6, with the first sale on August 11. The handheld is reportedly coming in 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB, likely selling for ₹38,000 and ₹42,000, respectively.
