Vivo S50t launches as rebadged S50 with older storage tech

Vivo has a new addition to the S50 series: the Vivo S50t.

Yet, the phone is not entirely new, as it is exactly the same as the Vivo S50 we welcomed earlier. The only change the brand made was swapping the vanilla model’s UFS 4.1 storage for UFS 3.1. As such, you get the same details as the earlier model, including the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, a 6.59″ 120Hz AMOLED, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 6500mAh battery.

Thankfully, using old flash storage means buyers will get the phone at a lower price. In general, it is about $14 cheaper than the S50.
