Several new details about the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite have emerged, including the alleged design of the latter.
The devices are rumored to be coming in mid-February. According to reports, the lineup will initially comprise four models: the Vivo V70 Lite 5G, Vivo V70 5G, Vivo V70 Elite 5G, and Vivo V70 FE 5G. As expected, their availability will vary by market. While the vanilla and FE models will be released in India, the Lite and Elite variants are reportedly coming globally. The FE and Elite variants will reportedly be the Pro and Pro+ models in the lineup, respectively.
Now, according to tipster Yogesh Brar, the vanilla and Elite models will share several similarities, including a 6.59″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED, a triple camera system (50MP main camera + 8MP ultrawide + 50MP 3X ZEISS Night telephoto), AI features (AI Holi Festive Portrait mode, AI Magic Weather, and Flower Blessing), a 6500mAh battery, 90W charging, and OriginOS 6. The devices are rumored to join the sub-₹55,000 segment of the market.
The standard model is said to feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip and come in two colorways: Passion Red and Lemon Yellow. Meanwhile, the Elite model is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, while its color options include Passion Red, Sand Beige, and Black. The leak also reveals the purported design of the handheld, which features a flat back panel with a square-shaped camera island.
