According to a new leak, the global version of the Vivo X500 Pro Max could arrive with a smaller battery than its Chinese counterpart.
The X500 series is now in China, and one of its main highlights is the larger batteries. To recall, the vanilla model has a 7500mAh battery, while the Pro and Pro Max have 6510mAh and 8000mAh cells, respectively.
However, according to the leaked EPREL (European Product Registry for Energy Labeling) database listings for the series, the global versions may have battery changes.
While the details suggest that the Pro model could have the same capacity as the Chinese version, the Pro Max will have a lower 6800mAh capacity.
This is not surprising, since brands usually offer the global variants of their smartphones with smaller batteries outside China.
