Oppo has finally announced that the Oppo Reno 16 series will be unveiled in India in the first week of July.
The Reno 16 series has recently debuted globally, following its initial arrival in China. On July 2, the lineup will also infiltrate the Indian market. Yet, unlike the other markets with Reno 16, Reno 16 Pro, Reno 16 FS, and Reno 16 F, India will only have the vanilla and Reno 16c models.
According to Oppo, the standard model will feature a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom.

The Reno 16c, on the other hand, reportedly offers a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy chip, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 6.57″ display, a triple main camera system (50MP + 50MP + 8MP), a 50MP selfie camera, and a 7000mAh battery.
As earlier reported, the Oppo Reno 16 series in India will also arrive alongside the Oppo Bubble. The attachment serves as a detachable rear display, serving several functions, including rear camera selfies, remote control, and more.
According to a recent leak, the Reno 16 costs ₹59,999, while the C variant costs ₹49,999. This is a huge increase over their predecessors. To recall, the Reno 15 and Reno 15c debuted with ₹45,999 and ₹34,999, respectively.
