Alongside the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro models get ready for Xiaomi 12T.
Xiaomi 12T appeared on FCC certification. As seen on the certification it has NFC and it supports 5G. Xiaomi 12T will come with MIUI 13 installed with Android 12 version.
Codename of Xiaomi 12T will be: plato.
Storage and RAM options of Xiaomi 12T
- 8 GB RAM / 128 GB Storage
- 8 GB RAM / 256 GB Storage
Currently there’s no any info about a variant with more RAM. Predecessor of Xiaomi 12T doesn’t have a version with more than 8 GB of RAM. Xiaomi 11T is using MediaTek Dimensity 1200 CPU and it’s certain that Xiaomi will use a MediaTek CPU in Xiaomi 12T model.
Since Xiaomi 11T doesn’t use MediaTek’s flagship CPU (Dimensity 9000) we can admit Xiaomi won’t use flagship CPU on “Xiaomi T” series. In the past Xiaomi used flagship CPU on both Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10T. They have Snapdragon 865.
