Better get your Xiaomi 14 Ultra now, as it is selling fast in Europe

If you are planning to get the new models of the Xiaomi 14 Series, you better do it now. According to Lu Weibing, Xiaomi’s president, the European sales of its 14 Ultra tripled compared to last year, suggesting the fast selling of the units in its global debut.

After making its domestic debut days ago in China, Xiaomi showed the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra to the world at the MWC, which started this week. In the event, the company shared a lot of thrilling details about the new phones, with the Ultra model boasting a handful of camera-focused improvements. That includes its variable aperture system and log recording capability.

As the company shared, the smartphones are now available worldwide (except in the US), and they appear to be selling pretty well outside China. In his recent post on Weibo, Weibing shared the news, confirming the success of its global launch.

“Today Xiaomi 14 Ultra is on sale for the first time, and it is also the first time in Xiaomi’s history that a flagship has been released simultaneously globally,” Weibing’s translated post reads. “The first European sales of Xiaomi 14 Ultra tripled compared to the previous generation, and the sales of Xiaomi 14 sold at the same venue in Europe also increased six times year-on-year. My colleagues in China just told me that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has also been very popular at its domestic debut. The sales volume has increased significantly compared with the previous generation.”

While this might worry some fans hoping to get their hands on the new models, the executive assured everyone that the company has improved its delivery to keep the supply sufficient.

“It has been stocked twice in advance, and the continuous delivery rhythm has been enhanced,” Weibing added. “Otherwise, it would not be enough to sell.”
