According to a new leak, the vanilla Xiaomi 17 model is set to be launched globally and in India next month.
The Xiaomi 17 series is now available in China, and the Xiaomi 17 Ultra model will soon join it. While the Chinese brand remains mum about the international debut of the series, a leak tips the possible launch timeframe of the standard model.
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the handheld will be introduced globally in January, with its Indian debut potentially occurring in the same month or in February 2026.
The leaker also reiterated the earlier benchmark leak of the phone, noting that it has a 25113PN0EG model number, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, 12GB RAM, an Adreno 840 GPU, and an Android 16 system.
In general, the Xiaomi 17 is expected to arrive with almost the same specifications as the Chinese variant, which offers:
