Xiaomi has revealed more details about the Xiaomi 17 Max ahead of its launch this month.
The brand started teasing the device earlier this week, showing fans its design and colors. Now, the Chinese titan is back to share more details about the model, including its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, confirming earlier rumors. According to Xiaomi, there will also be a 6.9″ 2K display and a huge 8000mAh battery.
In the camera department, the handheld houses a trio of cameras on its back. It comes with a 200MP Leica main camera, joined by a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
According to earlier reports, the phone will also feature a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, LIPO tech for ultra-thin display bezels, 100W wired and 50W wireless charging speeds, and full water resistance. Leaks also previously specified its camera system, which allegedly includes a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung ISOCELL HPE main camera and a 50MP 1/1.95″ Sony IMX8-series periscope telephoto lens.
