Both the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition have been slapped with a price hike in China.
The photography-focused device arrived in the brand’s domestic market back in December 2025. The phone debuted with a base price of CN¥6,999 ($1,044) for the standard Ultra model. Xiaomi also presented the handheld in the Leica Edition variant, which started at CN¥7,999 ($1,193).

Now, these numbers have increased amid the ongoing RAM price hike in the smartphone industry.
According to its official listings in China, both variants have received a CN¥1,000 ($149) increase. As such, the configurations of the models are now priced as follows:
Xiaomi 17 Ultra
- 12GB/512GB: CN¥7999 (from CN¥6999)
- 16GB/512GB: CN¥8499 (from CN¥7499)
- 16GB/1TB: CN¥9499 (from CN¥8499)
Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition
- 16GB/512GB: CN¥8999 (from CN¥7999)
- 16GB/1TB: CN¥9999 (from CN¥8999)
