The Xiaomi 17T is launching in India soon. As the date approaches, the brand has shared the official design of the series and confirmed its powerful telephoto.
The series will be announced globally on May 28. According to earlier reports, however, the Indian market will only have the vanilla model. The company has now confirmed this, saying the phone will be unveiled on June 4.
In line with this, the giant shared the first official poster revealing the square camera island design of the standard model. The module features four circular lens cutouts.

According to Xiaomi, the phone features a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. This confirms earlier rumors about the model’s camera system, which allegedly includes a 50MP Light Fusion 800 main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 50MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom.

Globally, the brand also confirmed the designs of the entire series. According to the photos, both phones share the same design with flat back panels. However, they will differ in size, with the Pro expected to have a bigger display. According to the material, the 5x telephoto is “standard on every model,” confirming earlier rumors that the Pro also has the same unit.
