Xiaomi is included in Forbes China’s list of “China’s Best Employers of the Year” for 2022. One of the top 10 employers in China is the third-largest smartphone manufacturer and global technology leader, Xiaomi. At the end of the previous year, Xiaomi employed 33,000 full-time employees across the globe. The list also includes firms like Bank of China, Hitachi Energy, and Schneider Electric.
After conducting a three-month long survey of 70,000 people, Forbes China made its selection. Forbes China and Russell Consulting Company conducted the poll, which covered a variety of topics. Xiaomi was listed as one of the “World’s Best Employers 2021” by Forbes. It was also ranked No. 4 on the list of “China’s Most Attractive Employers” for engineering students by Universum.

Xiaomi takes pride in upholding best practices for hiring, working, and providing benefits to employees. The Company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report from the previous year stated that neither gender discrimination nor unfair labor practices existed at Xiaomi.
