The Mi CC9 Pro was the first device to feature Samsung’s 108MP resolution ISOCELL Bright HMX camera sensor. Mi CC9 Pro was launched as Mi Note 10 in the Global and Indian market and has become a device that attracts people’s attention with its 108 MP resolution camera sensor. A few months ago, Samsung introduced the ISOCELL HP1, the world’s first 200 MP smartphone camera sensor. Now, Omnivision has introduced the camera sensor with a resolution of 200 MP. If you want, let’s examine the features of the 200 MP resolution camera sensor named OVB0B introduced by Omnivision.
OVB0B is Omnivision’s first camera sensor with 200 MP resolution. The OVB0B camera sensor measures 1/1.28 inches and has 0.61 µm pixels. This camera sensor transforms into a perfect 12 MP resolution lens with 2.44 µm pixels by grouping 4×4 pixels, and thanks to this pixel grouping technology, you can take clear, beautiful pictures without noise at night. In addition, the OVB0B is the first 200 MP to offer 100% quad-phase detection (QPD) technology for excellent fast autofocus performance. Lastly about this camera sensor, an on-chip remozaic provides 50MP at 24 frames per second (fps) and 8k video at 30fps with 1.22µm equivalent performance.
As we explained above, the Mi Note 10 was the world’s first smartphone with a 108MP resolution camera sensor. Omnivision’s newly introduced 200 MP resolution OVB0B camera sensor can be launched and used as the world’s first 200 MP camera sensor smartphone in the Xiaomi Note 11 series.
