Xiaomi to offer extended warranty for several phones in India!

Xiaomi is a highly popular brand in India, although it is clearly known that certain models suffer from malfunctions, Xiaomi announced that several models with chronic problems will have an extended warranty at the recently held Mi Fan meeting.

Extended warranty for Xiaomi smartphones

It is important to note that not all Xiaomi models experience chronic faults, so the company has already initiated an extended warranty program for several Xiaomi smartphones. Customers in India will now have the opportunity to benefit from an extended warranty for four different Xiaomi phone models: Mi 11 Ultra, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and POCO X3 Pro.

It is mentioned that the which problems encountered on specific model in one of Xiaomi’s official documents. Redmi Note 10 Pro and Pro Max models suffer from a broken System UI and non-functional front cameras, while POCO X3 Pro faces problems with powering on. These three phones encounter hardware failures.

The problem of Mi 11 Ultra starts in Wi-Fi connectivity. Mi 11 Ultra users have reported problems with the Wi-Fi connection and motherboard. Going forward, the users can take advantage of Xiaomi’s new program, which extends the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years.

If you own any of these four phones and reside in India, you can now easily have your phone fixed even in the case of hardware failure. However, it is worth noting that the presence of chronic issues exclusively in devices sold in India gives rise to inquiries. Xiaomi could potentially offer device exchanges with models that do not face chronic problems, but for now, they seem to focus solely on repair services.
