After introducing 10000mAh models, Chinese smartphone brands could soon give the market devices with 12000mAh and 15000mAh batteries.
The 5000mAh era of smartphones is gradually coming to an end, with most brands now implementing 6000mAh as the standard in their latest releases. Recently, we’ve also started seeing phones with 8000mAh, including the OnePlus Ace 6T. According to reports, Realme, Honor, and other brands are set to debut 10000mAh devices soon.
While these 8000mAh/10000mAh phones are still in the process of replacing the battery capacity standard among phones, a tipster claims that 12000mAh and 15000mAh solutions are already being tested in China. According to well-known leaker Digital Chat Station, the 12000mAh model is already being tested for the mass production stage, while the 15000mAh model has reached the prototype phase.
