Oppo shares Find X9 Pro sample shots to highlight 200MP periscope’s power

Oppo shares the first photo samples taken using its yet-to-be-announced Oppo Find X9 Pro model.

The Find X9 series is expected to arrive in October. The brand is now gradually unveiling the details of the devices, with the most recent ones focusing on the Pro model’s camera system.

In a new post, Oppo CPO Pete Lau shared some shots taken using the Find X9 Pro’s 200MP periscope camera. Due to the photo’s resolution, the original shot was not posted; instead, its cropped portion was shown.

As the official noted, nonetheless, the main point of the image post is the device’s ability to produce the right color accuracy and image clarity. He also shared that the handheld employs the brand’s LUMO Super Pixel Engine algorithm, resulting in “consistent clarity across all focal lengths.” Moreover, the entire series is said to use the Danxia lenses, which were only used in the Find X8 Ultra. The official also promised improved Master Mode and XPAN Mode.

The news follows the brand’s confirmation that the vanilla Find X9 will receive imaging accessories, while the Pro variant could use an optional Hasselblad kit. As per earlier reports, the standard model has a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-808 main camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 ultrawide, and a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN9 periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom and OIS. The Pro model, meanwhile, is reportedly boasting a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-828 main camera, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 ultrawide, and a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
