Nubia Z80 Ultra key specs leak: 3D ultrasonic, IP68/69, wireless charging, 7000mAh+ battery, more

A well-known tipster shared the first set of specs fans can expect from the upcoming Nubia Z80 Ultra model.

The Nubia Z70 Ultra debuted in November last year, so the brand is expected to introduce its successor around the same time. Just recently, the phone was spotted on Geekbench, where its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (alongside 16GB RAM and Android 16) was tested.

We also heard in the past that it would boast 100W wired charging, a 144Hz OLED, and a 50MP 35mm main camera. Now, thanks to Digital Chat Station, more details about the phone have surfaced online.

According to the reputable leaker, the phone will have a new generation full-screen display, which should offer better eye protection technology. Even more, from the optical sensor of its predecessor, it is now allegedly coming with the more powerful 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition.

The account also echoed earlier rumors about its battery, stating that it would start at 7000mAh, and some tips say that it would actually be 7100mAh. According to DCS, the model also supports wireless charging.
