The series is expected to launch soon. Recently, we heard about the Pro Max variant of the lineup. Now, the latest tip focuses on the vanilla variant. According to Digital Chat Station, the handled will offer the following:
- Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip
- Flat 185Hz display with in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner
- 200MP main camera
- 50MP telephoto macro
- 8000mAh+ battery
- 80W wireless charging
- Full-water protection (likely IP68 and IP69 ratings)

According to earlier reports, the Redmi K100 Pro Max could also get a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. It is also rumored to offer a 7-inch 2K screen with an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a metal frame, and IP68 and IP69 ratings. Ultimately, the handheld is expected to arrive at the end of the year. It will reportedly start at the same current price range as the K90 Pro Max. To recall, the model debuted at a base price of CN¥3999 for the 12GB/256GB configuration.
