Xiaomi 18 Pro cam, battery, key specs tipped

Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has shared the alleged major specifications of the Xiaomi 18 Pro.

The Xiaomi 18 series will be launched in September. According to earlier reports, the lineup will also include Pro models, as the current Xiaomi 17 series does.

In a recent tip shared by DCS, the leaker revealed the key details of the Pro variant. According to him, the phone will be armed with a 2nm chip, believed to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6. To compare, the Xiaomi 17 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

Like its predecessor with a 6.3″ screen, the phone is rumored to come with a small flat display with rounded corners and four equally ultra-thin bezels.

On its back, it will house a 200MP large-sensor main camera and a 200MP telephoto macro unit. It is also equipped with a huge battery with a starting capacity of 7000mAh, as well as 100W wired charging and wireless charging support.

The phone’s dual speakers are reportedly upgraded. Additionally, the model will also get a large vibration motor and other additional minor improvements. The Xiaomi 18 Pro series will reportedly feature “improvements” to its rear displays. As reported earlier, the secondary screens will be bigger and have more capabilities, including AI features.

DCS earlier claimed that the Pro model is rumored to arrive first, followed by the standard variant. Nonetheless, both phones are said to be available before the Chinese Spring Festival in February 2027.
