New details about the upcoming Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max in India have surfaced online.
According to a new tip, the Redmi device will join the Redmi Note 17 5G in India on September 15. As such, we might be just days away from hearing from the brand about the phones.
The sad news, however, is that the devices are allegedly coming with a price increase of around ₹8,000 ($83), compared to their predecessors.
As per reports, the Redmi Note 17 Pro will feature a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chip, a 6.83″ 120Hz OLED, a 50MP main camera, a 16MP selfie unit, a 9000mAh battery, and 67W charging.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, on the other hand, is purportedly coming with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5, a 6.83″ 120Hz OLED, a 50MP main camera, a 32MP selfie unit, a 10,000mAh battery, and 100W charging.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro series is also expected to offer four years of OS updates and six years of security patches.
