Xiaomi has shared the memory used in the Xiaomi 18 Fold as a new leak revealed its charging details.
The Xiaomi wide foldable will launch in September. Following the announcement that the device is powered by its in-house Xring O3 chip, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has now revealed that the phone will also come with CXMT’s new LPDDR6 memory. Compared to LPDDR5X, this memory version is said to offer improved architecture and data transfer speeds of up to 12,800Mbps. It is also available with up to 16GB of memory.

Meanwhile, Chinese tipster Panda Is Very Bald echoes earlier rumors that the phone indeed has a 6000mAh battery. The leaker, nonetheless, added new details to what we know, saying the phone also supports 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.
An earlier leak revealed the design and one of the colorways of the Xiaomi 18 Fold. According to reports, the foldable will feature a 7.5- to 7.6-inch display, a 200MP main camera, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It will be priced around CN„10,000 ($1,477) in China.
