A reputable tipster shared the alleged key specifications of the Vivo X500 Ultra.
The Ultra model is expected to arrive in March or April 2027, according to Huang Tao, Vice President of Product at Vivo, during an interview.
The executive suggested that the phone’s camera power will be more impressive than that of its sibling. According to rumors, it will have a 200MP telephoto, and three lenses are being tested for it. Meanwhile, its main camera will be powered by a 35mm sensor.

According to DCS, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip. In front, it will feature a 6.85” 2K 144Hz LTPO BOE AMOLED with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Moreover, there will be a battery with around 7000 mAh of capacity to keep the lights on.
