One of the most popular and commonly used keyboard app Gboard finally gets an update to bring Grammar Check feature to all Android devices. This has been a long waited feature and will certainly make a lot of users happy!
Features of the upcoming Gboard update
This new update will allow you to check your messages for grammar errors, suggest corrections and make alternative suggestions. Gboard will draw a blue line under the detected grammatically incorrect words. This feature can be turned on and off via Gboard settings. Unfortunately, for the time being this feature works only in English language.
This feature was originally first introduced in Pixel 6 and other Google devices afterwards. And now it is expanding on all Android devices
Gboard’s new grammar correction feature isn’t just a spell checker, it runs entirely on your device, detecting grammar errors and offering suggestions to help you bring your thoughts to life.
Aside from Grammar Check feature, Pixel devices with this new update will be getting exclusive features like Text Stickers and more. With the new Text Stickers feature, you will now be able to associate your text messages and emojis with stickers. This new feature was first announced as part of the March Feature Drop for Pixel devices and should see more adoption by now.
