A massive leak has divulged the alleged details of the HMD Skyline 2.
The original Skyline was released two years ago, and earlier reports revealed that the phone would debut this July. While the brand has yet to confirm this, a massive leak has surfaced, revealing the phone’s key specs.
The leak shows the alleged design renders of the phone. Interestingly, it looks significantly similar to its predecessor due to its rectangular camera island and a box-like layout. In addition to the blue and yellow colorways shown in the leaked photos, the tip says it will also be offered in a black variant.
According to the leak, the phone will offer a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, 8GB and 12GB RAM options, 256GB of expandable storage, a 144Hz OLED with 2000nits peak brightness, a 100MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP telephoto, a 50MP selfie unit, 40W charging, and built-in magnetic wireless charging.
To recall, the OG Skyline has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, up to 12GB RAM and 256 storage, a 4,600mAh battery with support for 33W wired and 15W wireless charging, a 6.5″ FHD+ 144Hz OLED, a 50MP selfie camera, a 108MP main lens with OIS, a 13MP ultrawide, and a 50MP 2x telephoto with up to 4x zoom.
