Honor Magic 8 Pro Air, Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design unveiled

Honor has finally unveiled the latest additions to its flagship series: the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air and Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design.

The Honor Magic 8 and Honor Magic 8 Pro debuted in October 2025. Now, two more premium models have joined the lineup.

One includes the thin Air model, which, despite its size, houses a decently large 5500mAh battery and the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. It also features up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Moreover, it has a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 64MP periscope telephoto unit and even supports IP68 and IP69 ratings.

Meanwhile, the new RSR Porsche Design edition is based on the Honor Magic 8 Pro but features a design inspired by the Porsche brand. Its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Its 50MP main camera with OIS works with a 200MP telephoto with OIS and 3.7x optical zoom.

The thin smartphone is available in Shadow Black, Fairy Purple, Feather White, and Light Orange. Its configurations include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. Pricing starts at CN¥4,999 ($717) and goes up to CN¥5,999 ($860).

The new Porsche Design phone, on the other hand, is only available in Moonstone and Slate Gray. Its configurations are limited to 16GB/512GB and 24GB/1TB, priced at CN¥7,999 ($1,150) and CN¥8,999 ($1,290), respectively.
