OnePlus has finally announced the debut date of the OnePlus Ace 7 series.
According to the company, the OnePlus Ace 7 and OnePlus Ace 7 Pro will go official in China on October 29. In line with this announcement, the brand also gave fans the first official peek at the phones.
The design confirms an earlier material leak showing the series with a flat back panel with gradient colors and huge Ace branding. The phones can also be seen sporting square camera islands with hole vents for the built-in fans.
OnePlus China President Li Jie earlier shared that the phone has dual airflow: one targeting the chip and one targeting the back of the phone. The executive underscored that the vents are strategically placed to prevent the user’s fingers from blocking the air.

As per earlier reports, the OnePlus Ace 7 will be marketed as the OnePlus 16R in India. Rumors say its battery will be around 9000mAh, paired with a charging speed of around 100W, with an earlier claim saying it could reach up to 120W. The phone is also said to come with a 6.78″ flat 1.5K 185Hz LTPS OLED display and a 16MP selfie camera. Its back will sport a 200MP main camera, and its system is also said to likely include a 50MP JN5 periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
The OnePlus Ace 7 Pro, on the other hand, reportedly features a 200MP main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto offering 3.5x optical zoom. It is also expected to offer a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, and will have the same battery capacity, display, and camera details as its vanilla sibling.
