Honor Power 2 debuts with D8500 Elite, 10080mAh battery, 120Hz AMOLED, IP69K rating, more

The long-awaited Honor Power 2 has finally arrived, boasting a handful of impressive details, including its battery, protection rating, and more.

The new Honor model replaces the OG Honor Power, which also impressed the market with its huge battery. However, from the 8000mAh, the new device now houses a humongous 10080mAh cell inside.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite, complemented by up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. In front, it has a 6.79″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED with a fingerprint scanner and a 16MP selfie camera unit. At the back, it features a 50MP OIS camera, paired with a 5MP ultrawide.

The Honor Power 2 is available in Midnight Black, Sunrise Orange, and Snowfield White color options. Its configurations include 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB, priced at CN¥2,699 ($385) and CN¥2,999 ($428), respectively.
