Honor Robot Phone pre-orders start

The Honor Robot Phone is now available for pre-order in China.

The device is set to be unveiled this third quarter (likely August). Following several event appearances and leaks about the model, the Chinese brand has finally opened bookings for the phone.

The phone can be secured with a CN¥1,000 ($150) deposit, which gives you several benefits, including the lifetime YOYO AI SVIP membership, accessories, and more.

According to reports, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. Its display measures only 6.3 to 6.4 inches and boasts a 1.5K resolution and extremely thin bezels.

The ARRI-powered camera system reportedly features a 200MP f/1.6 23mm main camera, echoing earlier reports of a built-in gimbal. The said lens is paired with a 50MP ultrawide and a 200MP periscope telephoto unit. The main highlight of the system is its 4D gimbal stabilization, featuring 360° rotation tracking and intelligent camera movement at 90° and 180°. It is also expected to deliver a CIPA 5.5-level image stabilization with a 96% walking-shake compensation rate.
