The Honor Win has been spotted in the wild. Meanwhile, a brand official affirms earlier leaks that the device has a built-in fan on its camera module.
The Honor Win series is believed to be the earlier rumored Honor GT 2 series. However, the brand made a significant change to the moniker of the devices, resulting in the introduction of the Honor Win and Honor Win Pro.
This is confirmed by the brand’s latest listing on JD.com, and a leak recently revealed its renders, showcasing it in blue, light blue, and black colorways. The images showcase its unique design, featuring a fan on its camera island. Now, a live image has surfaced, further confirming its design.
One distinctive detail about its look is the built-in fan on its module. When asked about the matter, Lin Lin, Minister of Smart Life Business Department of Honor China, confirmed that it is indeed a fan.
According to earlier reports, the vanilla Honor Win is expected to arrive with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, while the Honor Win Pro is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. While both are rumored to come with a 6.8” 1.5K OLED, one of the two models could house a huge 10,000mAh battery with 100W charging.
