A reputable leaker from China has revealed all the key details of the upcoming Honor Magic 8 Ultra.
The Magic 8 series is now in China. However, that’s not the end for the lineup, as rumors say that the company is actually preparing an Ultra model.
Now, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the major specifications of the phone.
The account echoed earlier information about the device, including its Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 and 200MP periscope camera unit. He added that the display would be a 6.71″ quad-curved 1.5K LTPO display with 3D face recognition and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Its rumored 50MP main camera is an OmniVision OV50R unit and will offer an ultra-high dynamic range.
Ultimately, its battery is said to start at 7000mAh capacity. To compare, the Magic 8 and 8 Pro have 7000mAh and 7200mAh batteries, respectively. The Pro model, which it will overshadow, also offers 120W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and wireless reverse charging capabilities.
As usual, it could arrive with the Android 16-based MagicOS 10. However, fans might have to wait for months, as the phone’s launch timeline is allegedly set for the first half of 2026.
