An unboxing video of the Oppo F27 Pro+ in India has surfaced online. The leak seems to affirm earlier speculations about the model being a rebranded Oppo A3 Pro, with the post leaking other key details of the device.
The brand is expected to introduce the F27 series in India soon, with rumors claiming that the lineup could include a rebranded Oppo A3 Pro, which launched in April in China. Earlier leaks show an alleged Oppo F27 device sporting the same design as the A3 Pro, increasing the possibility of the said rumor. A new leak has further fueled this belief.
In a clip shared by leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore on X, the Oppo F27 Pro+ can be seen in an unboxing video. The monicker of the device is directly specified in the retail box, including its key details like the IP69 rating, 6.7″ 3D curved FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen, 67W charging, and the AI Eraser feature.
According to the account, the device will also come with a Dimensity 7050 chip, LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, a 64MP/2MP rear camera system, an 8MP selfie camera, a 5000mAh battery, and Android 14 OS. The leaker also added that the device in the video is priced under ₹30,000.
The video itself shows that the Oppo F27 Pro+ will adopt the exact vegan leather back design and huge circular camera island of the Oppo A3 Pro. With these similarities and the device’s unique IP69 feature in the clip, it can’t be denied that it is indeed a rebranded Oppo A3 Pro. It is unknown, however, if the rating and other features will also be adopted by the other models expected to join the F27 lineup.
