The Redmi 15C 5G will arrive in India this week. Ahead of its unveiling, the brand revealed some of its key details.
The device was introduced globally in September. After several rumors about its Indian launch, Xiaomi itself has confirmed that the phone will be launched in the market this Wednesday.
The Amazon India microsite for the phone is now live, partially showing its design, which is similar to that of its global counterpart. The page also confirms that the phone has three colorways (Dusk Purple, Moonlight Blue, and Midnight Black), a 6000mAh battery, a 6.9” 120Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, and some AI features, like Gemini.
Sadly, the phone is rumored to come with a price hike. According to well-known leaker Abhishek Yadav, the phone will be available in three variants: 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB, which are allegedly priced at ₹11,500, ₹12,500, and ₹14,500, respectively. Compared to the Redmi 14C, these prices could mean a hike of around ₹1,500 for the lineup.
