Redmi Book Pro 15 2022 listed on Geekbench, confirms RTX graphic card

Xiaomi is getting ready to launch the Redmi K50 smartphone lineup, a new Redmi TV, and a Redmi Book Pro 15 2022 edition laptop in China. While the majority of the Redmi K50 lineup’s specifications have already been revealed online, we don’t have much to say about the upcoming Smart TV and Redmi Book Pro laptop. Nonetheless, just a few hours before the official launch, the laptop was listed on Geekbench, revealing some of its key specifications.

The Redmi Book Pro 2022 has been listed on Geekbench with an OpenCL Score of 44216. The Geekbench confirms that the laptop will boot up on Windows 11 64-bit version. The model listed on the certification was powered by the Intel Core i7-12650H processor paired with 16GBs of RAM. The device uses NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 graphic card 2048 CUDA core and packs 4GB 64-bit GDDR6 memory and consumes 45W power.

The RTX 2050 has a 23% higher score on 3DMark Fire Strike compared with GTX 1650. The laptop will reportedly be available in two models — one with Intel Core i5-12450H processor and another with Intel Core i7-12650H processor. It has also been said that it will feature a 3.2k display with a 90Hz high refresh rate display with better colour accuracy and screen quality. So, that was all the Geekbench listing of the laptop reveals about it.

The laptop will be launched alongside the Redmi K50 lineup of smartphones, which will include the Redmi K40S, Redmi K50 and Redmi K50 Pro. They will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, MediaTek Dimensity 8100 and MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset respectively. The devices are also said to feature a 2K AMOLED panel manufactured by Samsung with support for up to 120Hz variable refresh rate.
