After the miui 13 update ,this phone started to work when he wants,like if he wants to work good in tiktok,instagram or games,it works meh ,but if doesn\'t want,he will freeze for minutes,to fix that need to restart my phone and wait 3-5 minute,battery drains in one hour or in rare cases stays 2-3 hours

Since the miui update the phone is almost unusable. It\'s now terrible slow. Before the miui 13.0.3 update the phone worked good. I want the performance of miui 12.5 back! Instagram and other apps with video block the entire phone and you need to reboot.

I bought this phone literally and exactly 2 years ago and while back then it did work kind of nice, it wasn\'t long until it started lagging etc. Maybe it\'s because I used to drop it a lot but I don\'t know, these phones aren\'t meant to last for long anyways. And as of now, 2 days into 2023, this phone is very, very outdated in terms of specs, and won\'t get Miui 14 and android 13 either. Bellow you\'ll see my Alt phone suggestion which will be my new phone that I just got 2 days ago for Christmas and is MUUUCH better than the Redmi note 9, but it costs close to triple the price of this phone, but as of today at that price range of the note 9 you can only find phones such as this, which as I said is outdated, or newer ones that your grandma would use to make calls, chat and maybe play a very low range game, instead of the phone I\'ll state bellow, which can do everything and run up to AAA games with max settings no problem.

Received a gift months ago. Unfortunately I have constant problems with the phone, SMS position cannot be established...& so on.. Despite everything, I like the phone very much.. I wish Update 13 Mui and MAY BE THAT THE bax Verawinden... But once again the phone is really cool and stable...

First of all, the selfie camera is complete shit, too sharp pictures. Battery backup is decent, just the right amount. It can handle high graphics game smoothly despite of the price. Do not buy this if you want to customize (Custom ROMs) due to it having a Mediatek processor.

FINGERPRINT SENSOR DOES NOT WORK

Except for software errors during 6 months of use, only heating and battery consumption increase due to heating, bad photo at night, it does not find 4k support, but it is bad that it does not shoot at 1080 p 60 fps. Although there is 2k 30 fps processor support, xiaomi does not offer this to us, in software it is medium. Since there is a segment, the phone is slowed down in software, this is seriously a problem because the phone is sold for 60 Euros in China, when it reached me, it reached a price of close to 300 Euros, almost 5 times tax and.s don't slow it down deliberately, I'm thinking of switching to Indonesian rom because of your software problems

I bought this mobile 6 months ago, I can't complain

I bought from 2020 and still not satisfied on gallery. When i open the gallery and then it keep slow loading of pictures about 10 second and then appear all of gallery.

I got it with MIUI12.0.8 and it was ok, but I updated MIUI to 12.5.3 and now I have 1 issue, when I double-tap the screen to access the phone it should ask for the pattern or fingerprint but sometimes it skips it.

I got this phone about a year ago. Out-of-box, with miui the experience is really bad. But if you flash a custom rom (like Lineage OS 18.1 or crDroid) the phone gets much much better.
