Leak: Vivo X Fold3 Pro price starts at around $1,945

We finally have an idea of how much the Vivo X Fold3 Pro would cost. According to a recently shared leak online, the starting price of the model would be around $1,945, while the higher configuration will hit $2,085.

Vivo X Fold3 Pro will launch alongside the vanilla Vivo X Fold3 model next Tuesday, March 26. It seems the company is now preparing for that date, as a photo of the X Fold3 Pro has been recently taken from a briefing meeting of the company.

The photo only focuses on the Pro model, but it confirms several details about it, including its RAM and storage capacity. According to the image, it would be available in 16GB RAM, while its storage will be offered in 512GB and 1TB options.

Interestingly, the leak also revealed the prices of the configurations, with the one with the 512GB costing CNY 13,999 (around $1,945) and the 1TB variant selling at CNY 14,999 (around $2,085).

Aside from these details, the company has already divulged a handful of other details about the smartphone, including:

  • Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
  • Possible support for productivity apps from Microsoft and Apple
  • Rear camera system made of a 50MP OV50H OIS main camera, 50MP ultra-wide lens, and 64MP OV64B periscope telephoto lens
  • Unfolded 8.03-inch display
  • A 5,800mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging capability

While these details sound enticing, it is important to note that there’s still no certainty that the Vivo X Fold3 series will be offered outside China. With other Chinese brands trying to expand their reach to different markets recently, the move is not impossible for Vivo in the coming months and years.
