Vivo X300 series goes official… Here are the details

The Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro have finally arrived. They offer the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip and some upgrades. 

The lineup includes the base model, the X300, which is a compact device with a 6.31″ display. It only weighs 190g and is 7.95mm thin, but it packs a handful of impressive details. This includes its max 16GB RAM option, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, 6040mAh battery, wireless charging support, 200MP main camera, Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto unit, and IP68/69 ratings. 

The Pro model, on the other hand, has a bigger body but more impressive specs. It has an improved rear camera system, which includes a 50MP 1/1.28″ Sony LYT-828 main camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide, and a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB telephoto. It also has a V3+ imaging chip, a bigger 6510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and IP68/69 ratings. 

The X200 series successor are now available in China, where the base X300 model comes in 12GB/256GB (CN¥4399, $620), 16GB/256GB (CN¥4699, $660), 12GB/512GB (CN¥4999, $700), 16GB/512GB (CN¥5299, $745), and 16GB/1TB (CN¥5799, $815). Meanwhile, the X300 Pro model is available in 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB, priced at (CN¥5299, $745), (CN¥5999, $845), and (CN¥6699, $945), respectively. There’s also a 16GB/1TB option with Vivo’s Photographer Kit, which is priced at CN¥8299.
