It appears that Vivo is making a significant change this year, as the X300 Ultra could be arriving in the international market.
The X200 Ultra was a China-exclusive release. This is not a surprise, since most Chinese brands keep their top models inside their domestic market. However, according to the GSMA database, Vivo is preparing the possible global version of the Ultra model, which has the V2562 model number.
According to rumors, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be the first phone to feature two 200MP cameras, with one serving as the main unit and the other as a periscope unit. The latter is reportedly the Samsung ISOCELL HPB, a 1/1.4-inch sensor. The ultrawide and selfie units, on the other hand, are expected to be 50MP cameras.
The Vivo model is also rumored to come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It is reportedly launching in China in January 2026, and could debut globally in the first quarter of the same year.
