Vivo X300s, X300 Ultra configs, colors leak ahead of alleged March 30 debut

An internal leak circulating online reveals the purported launch date, configurations, and color variants of the Vivo X300s and Vivo X300 Ultra.

The Chinese brand is expected to expand the X300 series soon. As we wait for the brand’s announcement, a screenshot leak (seemingly from the brand’s retail communication channel) has surfaced online.

According to the leak, the phones will debut alongside the Vivo Pad 6 Pro on March 30. 

The Ultra model is allegedly coming in green, black, and silver. Its configurations will include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB.

The S model, on the other hand, will be offered in green, purple, white, and black. Its RAM and storage variants include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB.

According to earlier reports, the Vivo X300s features a 6.78″ 1.5K 144Hz BOE Q10 Plus display with Zeiss color tuning, Circular Polarization Light 2.0 technology, and native 144FPS gameplay support for several MOBA titles. It will also arrive with 1115 dual speakers, a customized 4D vibration motor, and a 200MP Zeiss lens. It will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with the N79 band for a high-capacity, high-speed 5G network. There’s also a purported battery with a capacity of around 7000mAh.

In front, it features a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. In the back, on the other hand, it boasts a powerful camera system, which allegedly includes a 200MP main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with a telephoto macro feature. Ultimately, the phone reportedly has IP68 and IP69 ratings.

The X300 Ultra, meanwhile, reportedly has a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a 6.82″ flat 2K LTPO OLED with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a quad-camera setup (200MP main camera + 50MP ultrawide + 200MP periscope telephoto + 5MP multispectral), a 50MP selfie camera with AF, a 7000mAh battery, 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, and an IP69 rating.
