Vivo’s Jovi V50 5G, V50 Lite 5G now official

After months of being known only through leaks, the Jovi V50 5G and Jovi V50 Lite 5G have finally entered the market.

Both phones are under Vivo’s sub-brand Jovi, which is being offered in Brazil to avoid trademark legal issues in the market, where Telefónica Brasil owns the same “Vivo” branding. Despite being named under its new sub-brand, the two handhelds are actually a rebrand of the company’s Vivo V50 5G and Vivo V50 Lite 5G models, which were unveiled earlier in other markets.
