Xiaomi 17T series debuts… Here are the details

The Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro have finally arrived in the global market.

The two Xiaomi smartphones offer premium flagship performance at mid-flagship prices. Both boast upper mid-range MediaTek Dimensity processors, alongside professional-grade Leica-tuned cameras and huge batteries.

The vanilla model received upgrades across several departments with the addition of the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra chip, a 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery, and an improved Leica-powered triple camera system with a 50MP 5x periscope lens.

The Pro also welcomed the same enhancements in the same areas. It has arrived with a Dimensity 9500 chip, a 144Hz AMOLED screen, an advanced main camera (Light Fusion 950 sensor with a 1G+6P Leica Summilux lens structure and anti-glare coatings), a Leica 5x telephoto camera, and a gigantic 7000mAh battery.

The 17T comes in Black, Opal White, Deep Blue, and Deep Violet, while its Pro sibling comes in Black, Blue, and Violet. Both phones start at 12GB/256GB. The vanilla variant starts at €750, while the Pro starts at €900. Compared to their predecessors, these prices equate to a €100 price hike for the series in the European market.
