Xiaomi launched Xiaomi Book Pro 2022 in July 4 event. It’s a slim high end laptop coming with two different sizes, 14″ and 16″. Both versions use Intel process and received Intel Evo certification.
The laptops have E4 OLED displays that use 3D LUT color correction created by Xiaomi to achieve accurate color calibration (Delta E is around 0.33 for the 16” model, 0.43 for the 14” model). The panels have covarage of 100% of the sRGB and DCI-P3 color spaces, as well as Dolby Vision support. Both protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
And interestingly Xiaomi chose to go with 60 Hz display on the bigger version. 14″ version features 90 Hz display but 16″ version has 60 Hz display.
14″ model weighs 1.5 kg and 16″ model weighs 1.8 kg. Laptops have 14.9mm thickness (0.59”) and the bodies are made of aluminum alloy. 16″ model has 70 Wh battery. Both laptop supports 100W charging over USB Type-C (Power Delivery 3.0) using a GaN charging adapter.

i7 1260P is a 12 core, 16 thread processor (4 performance, 8 efficiency cores). It is packed with 18MB of L3 cache and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.7GHz. There are dual cooling fans with heat pipes that allow the processor to go up to 50W TDP.
16GB of LPDDR5 RAM (5,200MHz, dual channel) and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD are used in the laptops. They have Windows 11 pre-installed and have a glass trackpad that supports gestures (which uses an X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback).
