According to a new tip, Xiaomi is working on a model with a massive 10000mAh battery, which will support both fast wired and wireless charging.
Large batteries are now a key feature of the latest model releases on the market. To recall, we now have 8000mAh models, and we expect some devices armed with a 10000mAh cell to arrive soon. According to reputable leaker Digital Chat Station, Chinese giant Xiaomi is also developing a device with the same capacity, but it will remain thin at 8.5mm.
Interestingly, the said phone also reportedly supports fast charging. In addition to its 100W charging speed, the handheld is also allegedly equipped with fast wireless charging support, although no specific numbers were mentioned.
The device was not specified in the post, but fans believe that it could be the Redmi K90 Ultra. However, we advise readers to take the claim with a pinch of salt.
The news follows several reports about upcoming Chinese smartphones that are also expected to feature 10000mAh cells. Some include the Honor X80, Realme Neo 8 series, and Honor Power 2. Furthermore, DCS also claimed last month that 12000mAh and 15000mAh solutions were being tested in China.
