A massive leak has revealed some interesting details about HMD’s upcoming devices, including the HMD Fusion 2.
The Finish brand is believed to be working on several smartphones. Some include the Skyline series, which is expected to soon welcome the Skyline 2. Some rumors about the phone emerged in the past, including its alleged circular camera island. However, tipster account @smashx_60 says it is fake.
The account also claims that the Skyline 2 GT is “fake,” dismissing earlier rumors about the phone’s existence.
The tip also says the HMD XR22 is now in development. It will replace the HMD XR21 with a Snapdragon 695 chip, a 6.49-inch IPS LCD with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, a 64MP main camera, a 16MP selfie camera, a 4800mAh battery, 33W charging, and an IP69K rating plus MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification.
Ultimately, the HMD Fusion 2 is allegedly not canceled, revoking an earlier claim the account made. As per reports, the Fusion 2 will offer a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, 8GB and 12GB RAM options, 256GB of expandable storage, a 144Hz OLED with 2000nits peak brightness, a 100MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP telephoto, a 50MP selfie unit, 40W charging, and built-in magnetic wireless charging.
