Pre-orders for the Honor Magic 9 series are now open in China. In line with this, the brand has started sharing bits of details about the lineup.
The Chinese company has recently unveiled the Honor Robot Phone, which boasts the industry’s smallest 4D titanium gimbal system. The device, nonetheless, is not the only highlight of the event, as Honor also announced the start of the Magic 9 pre-orders.
The company partially revealed the design of the series, which features a circular camera island in the upper-left corner of the back panel. It is also confirmed that the device will adopt the ARRI technology, which is also used in the Robot Phone.
Ultimately, Honor said that the Magic 9 series will be official in September. Tipster Digital Chat Station added the date, claiming it would be unveiled on the 28th of the said month.
DCS also mentioned some details fans can expect from the series, including a 6.8″ flat 1.5K 2.5D LTPO display, an 8000mAh+ battery, 3D face recognition support, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, wireless charging, full-level water resistance, a 200MP 1/1.28″ OIS main camera, a 200MP 1/1.4″ periscope telephoto, and 2nm Snapdragon flagship chips.
