The OnePlus Ace 7 is reportedly equipped with a built-in fan featuring a dual-airflow cooling architecture.
According to reputable leaker Digital Chat Station, OnePlus is working on some self-developed patents for the feature.
To start, the phone comes with a built-in fan in the camera island on its back. The airflow will have two channels: one for air input and one for air output. The rear vent will suck in the cool air inside the system, while the hot air will be pushed out of the phone’s side vent.
According to DCS, the brand will introduce an AI temperature-control sensor for smart cooling and optimizations similar to those found in graphics cards. Also, the system will reportedly prevent dust accumulation and fan noise.
As per earlier reports, the OnePlus Ace 7 will be marketed as the OnePlus 16R in India. Rumors suggest that the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. Its battery will be around 9000mAh, paired with a charging speed of around 100W, with an earlier claim saying it could reach up to 120W. The phone is also said to come with a 6.78″ flat 1.5K 185Hz LTPS OLED display and a 16MP selfie camera. Its back will sport a 200MP main camera, and its system is also said to likely include a 50MP JN5 periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
